It is that time of year again and that means swapping out my summer tires for my winter tires. As always Alfa Romeo of Seattle took good care of me and did the swap. While I was there they also managed to get my recall done and even replaced a seat sensor for me - nice work team! I had a scheduled appointment for the service department to perform a recall on my Giulia on 11/04/2024 and other minor issues for them to fix. I bought pre-owned Mopar maximum Care extended warranty and this was the 1st time I used it. There were some misunderstanding discussing how the warranty covers. Service manager Eric took the responsibility to get everthing taken care of. I also get a loaner Tonale and the sales rep was very patiently showing me the new cars at the end of the day. David

Reviewing Sales w/ Dale Wow. What an experience. This sales experience has totally changed my mind about what dealerships can be. Dale was professional, fun, interested, and did not push us at the end to absolutely close a deal today. He understands these types of purchases take time and his honesty makes me want to go there to buy a car even though we had been thinking about Porsche instead...really give these a chance! They are beautiful options and drive amazingly well. Plus, the experience is so much more custom.

Had a great experience buying a new Giulia Quadrifoglio from Michael Brown. Honest, friendly, low pressure, with great communication. Not to mention a great price with very low doc fees and no mandatory add ons. I bought the car from across the country sight unseen and Michael kindly took care of all the logistics and set me up with very good affordable shipper. Michael really went above and beyond. Unfortunately, I purchased my 2018 Stelvio from another dealer in the area. I have taken it there for service based on that. The service I received there was hideous. Charges for dirty loaner cars, my car was never once vacuumed, and the washes were done by the service advisor out back with a pressure washer, which never really got the car clean. I ordered my 2018 Giulia Quadrifoglio here and can state that Tino is an outstanding owner/Partner. You can feel real pride in the brand from Tino. I have had pro and con experiences at the dealership prior to meeting with Tino, but overall with Tino stepping in it's made things great. He sets expectations, meets those expectations and I respect him immensely for that(I dont mind being told no to modifications if they are not comfortable doing it). He doesnt over promise and underdeliver! He delivers as promised. This is a family owned dealership and its worth supporting!!

This dealership running on all cylinders...There is always someone asking kindly " What they can do for you? " I take my vehicle for 20K service and extremely satisfied. Thank you all service department...ladies and gentlemen.

The only flaw was there is no inventory.... and also that was told a hour in a half ( a little long for a service ) ended up being 2 1/2 hours. When asked about the GTA M got a look like total confusion

This is my 3rd Giulia and received what I considered a very fair trade in for my Giulia Ti. Dale Oakley the sales person was excellent to work with.

I went to look at Alfa Romeo models here - the staff was extremely helpful! Especially Curtis Pinkleton who answered all of my questions regarding different models, prices etc., went through every single detail of the models I wanted to look at and helped me in making my decision. It was great to work with Curtis on my purchase of Stelvio, and I would recommend everyone to check out the cool inventory they have here (including Ferrari, Maserati).
