–You should schedule an oil change for your Alfa Romeo every year or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first. Your Alfa Romeo will show a yellow/amber light with an oil can symbol when it is time to schedule. If the yellow/amber oil change light flashes, this signals a mandatory oil change must be completed to avoid deterioration of the engine oil and damage to the engine. For some vehicles, we will suggest more frequent oil changes at 5,000-7,000 miles for optimum performance and protection.
